Areas of Practice:

Carl D. McCue, Esq.-   Carl McCue obtained his B.A. in Philosophy at the University of Maine in 1976 and went on to the Franklin Pierce School of Law and then graduated at the University of Maine School of Law in Portland in 1979.  Carl is licensed to practice law in the State of Maine and was admitted to the US District Court  and District of Maine in 1980.  Carl enjoys Basketball, Karate, Farming, his work and most of all his family. Carl has always been known to assist and help those that are less fortunate.

Debra K. McCue, Esq. -  Debra McCue obtained her B.A. in Business at the University of Maine in Orono.  She also participated in a Masters Program for Social Work at the University of Connecticut.  Debbie has an interesting story in regard to law school.  She obtained her J.D. in 1997 at the New England School of Law.  Debbie became an icon to the school and an example to women who have young children that a career is attainable.  Debbie, being a mother of 5 children would board a plane in Bangor at 6:20 a.m. and would fly to Boston, MA 3x a week to attend classes and return home in time for dinner, baths and bedtime. Deb McCue was also an accomplished member of the Robinson Ballet for nearly 20 years.  Her passion and interests include her children and family which involve the love of Basketball, Ice Skating and the Performing Arts.

Robert E. Girvan III, Esq. - Rob Girvan was born and raised in the Bangor, Maine area. Rob graduated from Colby College in 2006, and went on to graduate from the University of Maine School of Law in Portland, Maine in 2010. While attending law school, he clerked with the Hon. Andrew M. Mead of the Maine Supreme Court. Rob also interned at the U.S. Attorney's Office in Portland, working primarily on bankruptcy issues. He also interned at the Maine Attorney General's Office, working on bankruptcy, tax, and collections cases. Rob joined the Law Office of Carl D. McCue in October 2010.

Christina Stockard Lewis, Esq. - Christy is an associate attorney working primarily in our Social Security and Workers' Compensation departments.  She joined the office in November, 2010.  Christy received her B.A. from New College of Florida and graduated cum laude from the University of Florida College of Law.  During law school she interned with a federal magistrate judge reviewing Social Security appeals in United States District Court.  Christy is licensed to practice law in the state of Maine and is registered to represent claimants before the Social Security Administration.  She enjoys drawing, sewing, doing crossword puzzles, and relaxing with family and friends.

Ellen Annis - Ellen has been with our office since May of 2006 and is our Personal Injury and General Practice Paralegal.  Prior to coming to our office she was previously an elementary school teacher in Maine and an Insurance Agent in North Carolina.  Ellen graduated from Foxcroft Academy and the University of Maine in Farmington.  She enjoys spending time with her friends and family.

Danielle Misiaszek - comes to our office with over 8 years of Paralegal experience.  She joined our office in April, 2008 and is currently our Chapter 7 Paralegal.  Danielle attended Mattanawcook Academy, US Airways flight attendant school and she also attended Husson College.  She enjoys camping, gardening and spending time with her friends and family.

Bobbie Durepos - has been with McCue Law Offices, LLC since January 2009 and she is currently our real estate Paralegal in our Hampden Title, LLC practice. Bobbie graduated from Madawaska high school in 1993. She then went on to obtain her Associates degree in Legal Studies at Kaplan University with a grade point average of 4.0. Along with her education Bobbie is also bi-lingual, speaking fluently in French. She also has over 20+ years of customer service experience. Bobbie is a proud mother of two boys and her hobbies include reading, crossword puzzles and motorcycle riding.
