Augusta, ME - Woman Killed, Several Injured in Rear-End Collision on I-95

Augusta, ME (September 13, 2024) – Maine State Police troopers are investigating a fatal crash in Augusta that occurred on Friday, September 13.

Police were called to the area near mile marker 113 southbound on I-95 just after 3:00 p.m. Friday. They say traffic was stopped for a construction zone lane closure when a pick-up rear-ended an SUV, which led to a five-vehicle crash.
