Caribou, ME (August 16, 2024) – A two-vehicle accident in Caribou has re-routed southbound traffic on Route 1.

The accident occurred near the intersection of High Street and Route 1 on Thursday afternoon, August 15, per local authorities. A reporter on the scene identified that a black GMC pickup truck and a white four-door sedan were both damaged in the accident.
