Work Accidents in Maine

The circumstances of a workplace accident in Maine determine a victim’s options; however, this is frequently a stressful, highly frustrating situation for the injured worker (provided that they are an employee rather than an independent contractor). In addition to any civil winnings you may be able to obtain, the employer may be subject to criminal charges and sanctions.
