Mars Hill, ME – Man Killed in Motorcycle Accident on W Ridge Rd

Mars Hill, ME (June 8, 2024) – A man from Easton died after his motorcycle was involved in a crash with a car in the Mars Hill area on Thursday afternoon, June 6. State police say the crash happened on West Ridge Road just after 1:00 p.m. when the motorcycle collided while traveling in opposite directions.

The driver of the motorcycle, a 50-year-old man, was taken to the hospital, where he later died from his injuries. The vehicle’s driver, a woman from Easton, was treated for what police said were minor injuries. The crash was still under investigation as of Friday morning; however, officers have not yet released additional details in the meantime.
