Portland, ME (May 15, 2024) – On Tuesday, May 14, Portland Police responded to a serious motor vehicle accident in front of 568 Riverside Street.

A 62-year-old male from Portland was walking in the area of 568 Riverside Street when he was struck by a car driven by a 20-year-old woman from Westbrook around 10:00 p.m. The victim was transported to Maine Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.
