Injury Car Accidents in Maine
Unfortunately, severe injuries from auto accidents may sometimes be deadly. While there is no way to bring back the loved one you lost in an auto accident, you can hold the irresponsible driver accountable and get justice by filing a lawsuit. You can never be ready for the loss of a loved one in a tragic vehicle accident. Burial and medical costs, loss of income or health benefits, and other issues may severely burden the victims of a loved one's wrongful death.
However, when a deceased individual would have been eligible to pursue a personal injury claim had they lived, a wrongful death claim may be made in the state of Maine against the defendant. This usually refers to wrongdoing, negligence, or default on the part of another individual that causes another person to pass away. When you've suffered the devastation involved in a loved one's death, we're there to help you and yours.
